Donna Sorenson

With over twenty years of home health and hospice care, I am a dedicated and compassionate nurse committed to providing the highest standard of care. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of holding various leadership roles, including Health Care Consultant, Administrator, Clinical Manager, Quality Improvement Coordinator, and Accreditation Commission for Healthcare Nurse Surveyor for Home Health and Hospice. My diverse background also includes medical record review for litigation, and serving on professional review committees, all of which have strengthened my ability to support patients and health care organizations.

I possess deep expertise in the Conditions of Participation for home health and hospice services, ensuring compliance and promoting quality patient care. I am highly regarded in my community as a patient advocate and am passionate about improving the face of healthcare in the Denver area. As a leader, I take pride in my proven ability to build strong teams and retain talented employees, fostering environments that promote both staff growth and excellent patient outcomes.

When I'm not working, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, exploring the outdoors, and traveling to new places.
